“Cli-fi-fi” as defined by Eline Benjaminsen and Dayna Casey in Collapsed Mythologies: A Geofinancial Atlas refers to “climate finance fiction”. Economics, a pseudo scientific reasoning for the entertainment industry, breeds the homo-economicus. It feeds of of it’s desires and in turn outputs an artifice. Artificial snow is horrifically seductive. Fiction is the effort of building a world in order to at the same time collapse it. “To play a game is to improve your repertoire of skills, and the challenges of game design is to work with the skill set of the player through the game.”1
